Cancellation & Refund Policy
​At TOA, we value transparency and fairness with our members. Please review the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations:
Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Payments: All membership fees, training sessions, and program purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable once processed.

Unused Sessions: Unused sessions are not eligible for refunds but may be rescheduled within the terms of your training agreement.

Month-to-Month Commitment: All memberships are billed on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts.
Cancellation Policy

Notice Requirement: Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours before the end of the current month to prevent charges for the following month.

Late Requests (Before New Month Starts): If a cancellation request is received less than 72 hours before month-end but before the new month begins, the charge may still be processed. In these cases, the charge can be refunded after the cancellation request is confirmed.

Cancellations After New Month Begins: If cancellation is requested after the start of the new month, the member is responsible for that month’s membership fee in full. No refunds will be issued.

How to Cancel: Cancellation requests must be sent via email to fitness@strongwithtoa.com. Please include your full name and membership location (Shingle Springs or Folsom).
